HRI Good Mood is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of slightly low mood and mild anxiety, based on traditional use only.

St John’s Wort (334mg per tablet) equivalent to 1670mg – 2338mg of St John’s Wort
Dose for adults: Take 1 or 2 easy to swallow tablets a day. Can be taken continually, but if conditions worsen or persist for more than 6 weeks, or any side effects are experienced, consult your doctor. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

All orders placed via this website will be managed by our distribution partner, CLF Distribution, on our behalf. You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when the order is being processed, and then shipped.
Which courier will deliver my order?
All UK and EU orders are shipped using our preferred couriers. Our Express courier deliveries can take place between Monday and Saturday.
When will my order be despatched?
Orders placed before 10am on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and despatched by CLF Distribution the same day (excluding bank holidays). All orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. Once the order has been despatched you will receive tracking information from the relevant courier. Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of our UK orders are delivered within 2-3 working days if your order is placed before 10am Monday-Friday, although some consignments may take a little longer. All EU deliveries generally take 3-7 days from time of despatch, but this again may take longer depending on the destination.
How much will my delivery cost?
Postage cost varies depending on the location and also the size of the order. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. The maximum size for orders may vary per country.
Delivery is FREE for all mainland UK orders over £35.
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred.
If the customer does not pay the import duty/tax on time, the customers shipping fee will not be refunded when the order is returned.

Lifesaver – they really work: St John’s Wort literally saved my life when I had postnatal depresssion and anxiety back in 2001 and I always rely on these to lift my mood or help me whenever I feel a depressive episode coming on. I just love this herb. Miracle. Works within hours to lift your mood.

It has changed my life. I take two every night before bed and even though I might still have some lows, I’m not depressed out of my mind anymore. It’s also helped with anxiety big time. I suggest it to everyone who suffers with depression and anxiety but for it to help it needs to come hand in hand with mindfulness, deep breathing and changing your negative ways.
