HRI Coldcare™ is the first THR (Traditional Herbal Registration) product to contain a three-in-one formula – echinacea, vitamin C and zinc – to strengthen your immunity, relieve colds and flu symptoms and shorten the duration of an infection. It can be taken daily to support the immune system or when you have an infection.
HRI Coldcare is a traditional herbal medicinal product used to relieve the symptoms of colds and flu type infections, based on traditional use only.
Contains active extracts of:
Echinacea root (56mg per tablet) equivalent to 338-450mg of Echinacea purpurea
Vitamin C (29.3mg per tablet)
Zinc (3.3mg per tablet)
Dose for adults: Take 2 easy to swallow tablets twice a day. Can be taken continually, but if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 10 days, or if you develop a high fever, consult your doctor. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Precautions: Do not take if you are pregnant or breast feeding or under 12yrs old. Please read the patient information leaflet.

So I am touching wood here! I’ve been taking Echinacea all winter and despite the fact my husband has caught three colds this season, I have managed to avoid catching any!! This is unheard of for me as I catch colds really easily normally. I must add that I’ve also been taking VitD for the past few months, so not sure if this has helped too.

Great for Cold Season – I have had three colds since going back to teaching at the beginning of September. So, a friend suggested these tablets to try and build my immune system up a little. I am just finishing the course and I think they are helping as I am feeling better but wish I had started them sooner. I have ordered more so that, next time, I can start taking them at the first sign of the sniffles and hopefully stop it from setting in. I would recommend other teachers get some in, too!
