HRI Coldcare™ is the first THR (Traditional Herbal Registration) product to contain three powerful ingredients – Echinacea, vitamin C and zinc – to relieve colds and flu symptoms and shorten the duration of an infection. It can be taken daily to support the immune system or when you have an infection.

Echinacea root (56mg per tablet) equivalent to 338-450mg of Echinacea purpurea
Vitamin C (29.3mg per tablet)
Zinc (3.3mg per tablet)
Dose for adults: Take 2 easy to swallow tablets twice a day. Can be taken continually, but if symptoms worsen or persist for more than 10 days, or if you develop a high fever, consult your doctor. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

All orders placed via this website will be managed by our distribution partner, CLF Distribution, on our behalf. You will receive email confirmation letting you know when your order has been received, and when the order is being processed, and then shipped.
Which courier will deliver my order?
All UK and EU orders are shipped using our preferred couriers. Our Express courier deliveries can take place between Monday and Saturday.
When will my order be despatched?
Orders placed before 10am on working days (Monday to Friday) will be processed and despatched by CLF Distribution the same day (excluding bank holidays). All orders placed over the weekend will be despatched on the following Monday. Once the order has been despatched you will receive tracking information from the relevant courier. Please ensure that you have the order delivered to an address where someone is available to sign for the delivery.
When will I receive my order?
The majority of our UK orders are delivered within 2-3 working days if your order is placed before 10am Monday-Friday, although some consignments may take a little longer. All EU deliveries generally take 3-7 days from time of despatch, but this again may take longer depending on the destination.
How much will my delivery cost?
Postage cost varies depending on the location and also the size of the order. The shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout once you have entered your shipping address. The maximum size for orders may vary per country.
Delivery is FREE for all mainland UK orders over £35.
Orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any costs incurred.
If the customer does not pay the import duty/tax on time, the customers shipping fee will not be refunded when the order is returned.

So I am touching wood here! I’ve been taking Echinacea all winter and despite the fact my husband has caught three colds this season, I have managed to avoid catching any!! This is unheard of for me as I catch colds really easily normally. I must add that I’ve also been taking VitD for the past few months, so not sure if this has helped too.

Great for Cold Season – I have had three colds since going back to teaching at the beginning of September. So, a friend suggested these tablets to try and build my immune system up a little. I am just finishing the course and I think they are helping as I am feeling better but wish I had started them sooner. I have ordered more so that, next time, I can start taking them at the first sign of the sniffles and hopefully stop it from setting in. I would recommend other teachers get some in, too!
