Dose for adults: Take 1 or 2 easy to swallow tablets a day. If symptoms worsen or persist after one week after taking this product, or if side effects become serious, consult your doctor. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Very happy with the results- I have used it for a while and I’m really happy with it. I was already improving from a liver condition with some milk thistle and other herbs, and I chose this product because it has a higher dose. It works wonders for my digestion. I’m weary of the secondary effects of this herb, but I’ve been feeling fine so far. My skin and nails have improved, as well as other symptoms I had, associated with liver and gallblader problems. Milk thistle with the Liver Rejuv seem to be the best combination for me.
I’ve been adviseed to drink 2 litres of water a day while in treatment, to make sure that I flush out the toxins excreted by the liver.

The best I’ve tried so far – I have tried various brands of milk thistle but this one has been the best so far. I’ve had cheaper versions in the past but this one definitely seems to be the most effective. I usually take between 1 and 2 a day to aid with liver function and I can’t complain at all. Tablets are on the larger size but don’t have any bad taste at all. Will definitely be buying again.
